Key Responsibilities
. Manage the full recruitment cycle including job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
. Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower needs and develop job descriptions
. Source candidates through job portals, social media, and recruitment agencies
. Coordinate interview schedules and manage candidate communications
. Maintain and update the applicant tracking system and recruitment record
. Coordinate and administer training programmes in accordance with the company's training calendar
. Liaise with external training providers and manage training logistics
. Track training attendance, completion records, and course evaluations
. Assist in identifying training needs through surveys and feedback from departments
. Support submissions and claims under government-supported training schemes (e.g. SkillsFuture)
. Maintain up-to-date training records and prepare reports for management review
. Other HR General Administrative ad-hoc work support
Requirements
. Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
. 1-3 years of relevant HR experience
. Knowledge of MOM regulations and Employment Act
. Familiarity with government training schemes (e.g. SkillsFuture, WSQ) is an advantage
. Proficient in MS Office experience with HR systems is a plus
. Strong interpersonal and communication skills
. Organised, meticulous, and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Working hours:
Mon to Fri: 8:30am to 5:30pm
