Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to support and enhance our Human Resource functions, playing a key role in recruitment, employee engagement, payroll administration, and compliance with Singapore employment regulations.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes by managing job postings, screening candidates, conducting interviews, and facilitating onboarding to secure top talent
- Administer payroll, track leave, and manage employee benefits to ensure accurate and timely compensation and entitlements
- Ensure compliance with the Employment Act and Ministry of Manpower (MOM) regulations to uphold legal and regulatory standards
- Maintain accurate and organized employee records and documentation to support HR operations and audits
- Support performance management by coordinating appraisal processes and facilitating training initiatives to enhance employee development
- Address employee relations and respond to HR-related queries to foster a positive workplace environment
- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures to align with organizational goals and regulatory requirements
- Execute ad hoc HR tasks as assigned by management to support evolving business needs
Job Requirements
- Knowledge of Singapore Employment Act and local HR practices
- NITEC, Higher NITEC, or Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
- 2 - 4 years of relevant HR experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills demonstrated through effective collaboration and independent work
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with a responsible and positive attitude while contributing as a team player
