Job Responsibilities
Assist in designing and implementing performance appraisal systems.
Handle monthly payroll processing and ensure compliance with local regulations.
Manage work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations for expatriates.
Coordinate onboarding programs and internal training logistics.
Organize employee engagement activities and wellness programs.
Job Requirements
2-3 years of hands-on experience in payroll processing
Japanese language is plus to communicate internally and externally.
Additional Details
Salary: MonthlyS$4,000-4,700/month (depends on the experience)
Work arrangement: Hybrid (3 days WFH per week)
