We are looking for an HR executive to manage the full spectrum of HR functions within the HR organization. Apart from handling daily HR operations, you will contribute to programs in talent management, employee engagement, and workforce development, translating organizational goals into actionable HR solutions that enhance performance, support growth, and create meaningful impact across the business.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1) HR Operations & Administration
- Handle day-to-day HR operations including employee records, contracts, and HR documentation
- Support payroll processing and ensure accurate staff records
- Manage leave administration, benefits, and employee HR queries
- Maintain and update the HR database and employee records for monthly manpower reporting and analytical purposes
2) Payroll (Data Collection)
- Collate attendance, overtime, leave, claims and prorated pay
- Gather and merge payroll data from HR systems, attendance systems, and expense claims
- Administer payroll operations, ensuring accurate salary computation, verification of reports, and timely communication of payroll details to employees and managers
- Address and resolve payroll-related queries, including those concerning overtime, allowances, incentives, and long service awards
3) HRIS
HR Systems Administration
- Manage HRIS software and access controls
- Configure workflows and approvals (leave, performance, overtime & claims)
- Troubleshoot user issues and system errors
Reporting & Analytics
- Generate HR reports: manpower, turnover, leave balances
- Support HR analytics for workforce planning and decision-making
- Maintain dashboards for management insights
Integration & Compliance
- Integrate HRIS with payroll, finance, and other enterprise systems
- Ensure compliance with data protection and employment regulations
4) Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle including job postings, candidate sourcing, interview coordination, onboarding/offboarding process and documentation
- Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment record
5) Employee Engagement & Relations
- Ordering monthly birthday cakes and arranging monthly fruit distribution for employees
- Assist in planning and implementing employee engagement initiatives and company events
- Supporting/initiating workplace wellbeing initiatives eg. yearly health screening, CSR activities, team building and community events
- Support performance appraisal exercises and HR development programs
- Address employee concerns and help maintain positive employee relations
- Creating a positive workplace culture
6) HR Policies & Compliance
- Ensure HR practices comply with local employment laws and company policies
- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies, SOPs, and best practices
- Maintain proper HR documentation and reporting
7) HR Reporting & Support
- Prepare HR reports, including headcount, turnover, and recruitment metrics
- Provide HR insights and support management with workforce planning
- Provide regular reports and business insights to management for strategic decision-making
8) Employee Life Cycle
- Oversee employee insurance and medical benefit schemes, ensuring timely processing and submission of claims
- Manage employee grievances, disciplinary, and counselling cases, providing guidance and support to managers where necessary.
- Conduct new hire surveys, exit interviews, analyse feedback, and recommend actions for organisational improvement
9) Ad-hoc HR and Administrative Projects/Assignments, as required:
- Annual dinner & dance
- Annual insurance renewal exercise
- Perform general administrative duties, including office supplies procurement, guest reception, office maintenance, and vendor/service contract management
REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of HR experience in a full-spectrum HR role
- Familiarity with Singapore employment regulations and HR best practices
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Organised, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential information
- Proactive and capable of working independently
- Analytical, resourceful, and capable of working independently with a hands-on approach
- Demonstrates high integrity and discretion, maintaining strict confidentiality in all HR matters
- Willingness to work overtime when necessary to meet operational needs
