Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee hiring process, including job postings, screening candidates, interviews, orientation and onboarding/offboarding processes
  • Managing daily HR operations and office administration matters as needed
  • Support implementation of new company policies by developing processes and systems that support the policies and HR operations needs
  • Administer insurance policies, medical benefits, and employee welfare activities
  • Handle internal communications on company platform(s) to keep employees informed and engaged
  • Drive employee engagement, retention, and culture initiatives including surveys and feedback mechanisms
  • Manage employee travel arrangements, including assisting in visa application as needed.
  • Stay up-to-update on the latest employment practices, industry trends and regulatory changes and ensure compliance
  • Support and ensure compliance in relevant audits
  • Establish learning roadmaps and policies to support continuous professional growth
  • Manage internship program as needed
  • Undertake ad-hoc duties and projects assigned

Requirements

  • Minimum diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years relevant HR experience.
  • Strong knowledge of local employment act, statutory requirement, WSH regulations, and HR best practices.
  • Good command of written and communication skills with the ability to interact with people of all levels.
  • Great team player with good interpersonal skills, independent and positive working attitude.
  • Meticulous and proactive.
  • Ability to multi-task, excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to handle changing priorities and work under pressure
