We are seeking a hands-on and dependable HR professional to take full ownership of the company's HR function. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth day-to-day HR operations, regulatory compliance, and a positive employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, onboarding and offboarding
- Maintain HR operations, policies, SOPs and accurate employee records
- Prepare monthly payroll and work closely with Finance to ensure timely and accurate processing
- Handle MOM work pass applications, renewals and ensure ongoing compliance with employment regulations
- Administer employee-related insurance such as FWMI, WICA and vehicle insurance
- Support employee relations, engagement initiatives and staff welfare programmes
Requirements
- Experience in full-spectrum HR, including payroll and MOM work pass matters
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of HR responsibilities
- Meticulous, responsible and able to handle confidential information with integrity
- Strong interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills
