Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
- Handle employee records, HR documentation, and reporting
- Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration
- Support employee relations and HR policies implementation
- Coordinate training and development initiatives
- Handle ad-hoc HR projects as assigned
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 2+ years of HR experience
- Good knowledge of HR processes, employment laws, and best practice
