Working Hours:
- Monday - Thursday: 8:30 AM to 5:45 PM
- Friday: 8:30 AM to 5:15 PM
Location: Boon lay
Salary: $3,500/month
Responsibilities:
- Support HRBPs in HR operations such as recruitment, manpower planning, performance management, employee engagement, and rewards.
- Liaise with Shared Services for timely appointments, reappointments, promotions, and transfers of research staff.
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure smooth transitions.
- Maintain accurate employee records and support HR data management tasks.
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives aligned with organizational goals.
Requirements
- Min. Degree in Human Resource or related field.
- Min. 2-4 years of relevant HR experience.
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
- A collaborative team player with a proactive and detail-oriented approach.
- Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
