We are looking for a HR Executive / HR Assistant to support HR operations including recruitment coordination, payroll support and work pass administration. The ideal candidate should be organised, detail-oriented and able to handle multiple HR responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Support end-to-end recruitment activities including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination and onboarding.
Prepare and issue HR documentation such as employment contracts, confirmation letters, transfer letters and resignation/termination letters.
Maintain employee records and update the HRIS system.
Support payroll processing including attendance tracking, leave administration, claims and allowance reconciliation.
Manage work pass applications, renewals and cancellations.
Handle HR operations including statutory submissions and government-related HR administration.
Administer staff benefits including medical insurance and claims.
Support employee engagement initiatives and HR projects when required.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Human Resource, Business Administration or related field.
Minimum 2 years of HR experience, preferably with payroll and work pass administration exposure.
Familiar with Singapore Employment Act and HR practices.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Meticulous, organised and able to multitask independently.
Good communication skills and able to handle confidential information.
