Job Description

We are looking for a HR Executive / HR Assistant to support HR operations including recruitment coordination, payroll support and work pass administration. The ideal candidate should be organised, detail-oriented and able to handle multiple HR responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support end-to-end recruitment activities including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination and onboarding.

  • Prepare and issue HR documentation such as employment contracts, confirmation letters, transfer letters and resignation/termination letters.

  • Maintain employee records and update the HRIS system.

  • Support payroll processing including attendance tracking, leave administration, claims and allowance reconciliation.

  • Manage work pass applications, renewals and cancellations.

  • Handle HR operations including statutory submissions and government-related HR administration.

  • Administer staff benefits including medical insurance and claims.

  • Support employee engagement initiatives and HR projects when required.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resource, Business Administration or related field.

  • Minimum 2 years of HR experience, preferably with payroll and work pass administration exposure.

  • Familiar with Singapore Employment Act and HR practices.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

  • Meticulous, organised and able to multitask independently.

  • Good communication skills and able to handle confidential information.

  • Immediate or short notice candidates preferred.
