Job Description:
. Managing day-to-day HR operations and activities.
. Manage payroll processing via AGHRM payroll system.
. Responsible for work passes administration such as work pass applications, renewal, cancellation, and medical arrangements.
. Handle recruitment process, from job postings to onboarding and offboarding for below executive levels.
. Management and administration of HR-related training (Food Hygiene Course)
. Update and manage employee records. (Leave, MC Claim, P File)
. Ensure compliance with statutory requirements filing due dates for HR-related statutory forms.
. Manage employee confirmations, benefits and leaves, medical and insurance claims.
