Job Description & Requirements
- Pass Application for foreign employee.
- Various employment related documentation.
- Process employees and workers monthly payroll in a timely and accurate manner.
- Prepare HR-related letter such as Letter of Confirmation, Certificate of Employment for Employees.
- Process work pass application, issuance, renewal and cancellation (i.e. EP/SP/DP/WP)
- Review HR policies, processes and ensure compliance to statutory requirements with Branch Office.
- Conduct performance evaluation/appraisals, monitoring and scheduling.
- Handles disciplinary issues and execution e.g. inquiry, warning letter.
- Leave management and claim for Levy Waiver
- Responsible in updating insurance company relating to Group Outpatient and H&S matters.
- Perform exit procedure for cessation of employment e.g. Tax Clearance.
- Provide essential training courses to Employees necessary for Project site activities.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by Reporting Supervisor/Branch Office.
