This position is offered on a 6-month full-time, on-site contract basis. A probationary period of 3 months will apply from the commencement date. Upon completion of the contract term, the employment may be renewed or converted to a permanent position, subject to satisfactory performance and business needs.
Job Scope
Payroll & HR Administration
- Process monthly payroll and ensure accuracy and timeliness
- Ensure compliancewith statutory requirements, including CPF contributions and tax submissions
- Maintain proper employee records in accordance with applicable regulations
- Work with Employer of Record (EOR) providers for regional offices, including (but not limited to) Malaysia, Vietnam, Indonesia, and other jurisdictions as required
HR Policies & Compliance
- Develop, review, and update HR policies, including employee handbook
- Implement and administer policies such as leave, travel, and expense claims
- Ensure HR practices comply with applicable employment laws and regulations in Singapore and relevant regional jurisdictions (e.g. Malaysia, Indonesia, and others where applicable)
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for Singapore office and support hiring across regional offices including (but not limited to) Malaysia and Indonesia
- Prepare job advertisements, coordinate interviews, and support hiring decisions
- Ensure fair, merit-based, and compliant recruitment practices
Employee Relations & Office Administration Support
- Serve as the point of contact for employees on HR-related matters
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes
- Assist in performance management and employee engagement activities (events and meetings)
- Manage office procurement activities, including sourcing, vendor comparison, and purchase of office supplies and services
- Monitor office inventory and ensure adequate stock levels
- Support general office administration and facilities-related matters
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management or related discipline
- At least 2-4 years of relevant HR experience, with exposure to office administration or procurement functions
- Familiarity with Singapore employment regulations regional exposure (Malaysia and Indonesia) is advantageous
- Knowledge of payroll processing and statutory compliance requirements
- Strong organisational, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Able to handle confidential information with integrity
