We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to support the full spectrum of Human Resources, Payroll, and Administrative tasks across multiple business entities. This role ensures smooth recruitment, onboarding, payroll processing, compliance management, and general office administration while providing cross-departmental support to maintain efficient daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Onboarding
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, interviews, and work pass applications
- Handle employee onboarding and offboarding formalities
Payroll & Benefits
- Assist in payroll processing and ensure statutory compliance (CPF, IR8A, etc.)
- Support employee benefits and HR-related queries
HR Systems & Records
- Maintain and update employee records in HRIS (Info-Tech preferred)
- Support employee claims and generate HR reports
Compliance & Audit
- Manage HR compliance documentation and insurance renewals
- Assist with HR-related audits and foreign worker checks
HR & Office Administration
- Draft HR policies, manage internal communications, and maintain organizational charts
- Provide general administrative support across departments
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management or related field
- 2-3 years HR generalist or administrative experience
- Strong knowledge of Singapore employment laws, CPF, and tax regulations
- Proficient in HRIS (Info-Tech preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication, multitasking, and organizational skills
Working Arrangement
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9.00am - 6.00pm (30-minute flexible start/end)
- Work Location: Pasir Panjang, 1 Wholesale Centre, Singapore 110001
Salary
- SGD 3,000 - 3,600 per month (commensurate with experience)
