HR Executive
Job Summary:
As an HR Executive you will be responsible for managingthe employee lifecycle from hiring to separation. Our ideal candidate shouldhave experience in handling HR-related tasks and should be familiar withrelevant laws and regulations.
Responsibilities:
. Implementingand managing HR policies and procedures
. Managingrecruitment processes, including resume screening, scheduling interviews, andconducting background checks
. Maintainingemployee records and updating HR databases
. Managingemployee benefits and compensation packages
. Conductingperformance evaluations and providing feedback to employees
. Addressingemployee relations issues and resolving conflicts
. Ensuringcompliance with labor laws and regulations
. Preparingand presenting HR-related reports to management
Qualifications:
. Diploma inHuman Resources Management or related field
. 2+ years ofexperience in HR or a related field
. Familiaritywith HR-related laws and regulations
. Proficiencyin Microsoft Office
. Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills
. Strongorganizational and time management skills
. Ability tomaintain a high level of confidentiality
. Detail-orientedand able to prioritize tasks
