Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the HR department, including handling phone calls, emails, correspondence, and general HR enquiries.

  • Maintain and update employee records and personnel files, ensuring information is accurate, complete, and handled with confidentiality.

  • Assist with the recruitment process, including preparing and posting job advertisements, reviewing resumes, coordinating candidate communications, and scheduling interviews.

  • Conduct initial phone or virtual screenings with candidates and coordinate interview arrangements between candidates and hiring managers.

  • Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing onboarding materials, coordinating orientation sessions, and ensuring all required documentation is completed.

  • Assist new employees with HR-related processes and provide information on company policies, procedures, benefits, and administrative requirements.

  • Support employee engagement activities, training sessions, company events, and other HR initiatives.

  • Assist with employee surveys, performance review processes, and other HR projects as required.

  • Prepare HR reports, presentations, trackers, and other documentation to support HR operations and management reporting.

  • Coordinate with internal departments and employees to ensure HR-related matters are followed up and resolved in a timely manner.

  • Ensure HR practices and employee information are handled in accordance with company policies and applicable employment and data protection requirements.

  • Perform other HR administrative duties and ad-hoc projects as assigned.

    Job Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma and above.

  • Basic understanding of human resource principles, practices, and processes.

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.

  • Proactive, responsible, and willing to learn in a fast-paced working environment.

  • Entry-level candidates and fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Training and guidance will be provided.
