Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Provide support for all ad-hoc and HR related activities.
  • Carry out work pass application, issuance, renewal for foreign workers and all other workers related matters.
  • Record and update attendance and leave record for all employees.
  • Planning, preparing, coordinating and administering of employees training program.
  • Handling staff insurance claims and work injury compensations and all other documentations.
  • Handle talent acquisition processes including hiring candidates, job posting, screening of CVs, interview arrangements.
  • Assist Admin Manager in the daily operations of organization and any other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Degree / Diploma in Human Resource & Administration or equivalent.
  • Organized, meticulous and task-oriented.
  • Team player and able to work independently.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS office.
  • Bilingual with good understanding of MOM employment law & regulations.
  • Able to handle confidential information professionally.
  • Able to start at short notice.
