Scope of work: Handling account related tasks
. Monthly salary and overtime claim preparation
. Filing on employer and employee income tax, filing GST submission & other IRAS matters
. Perform admin ad-hoc duties when assigned
. Renewal on insurance for the employees (Example: WICA/ FWMI/ corporate insurance)
. Submission & renewal for employee work pass
. Update leave and MC record
. Bank reconciliation
. Liaise with supplier/ customer on the dispute invoice issue
. Prepare vendor reconciliation & payment schedule
. Ensure all payments are properly authorized with supported documentation
Requirements
. 3 years and above working experience in related field
. Need to be able to converse in both English and Chinese
. Knowledge in accounting skills and basic knowledge for Human Resources & account
. Strong knowledge in Microsoft Excel
. Organize & systematic with strong skills with number
. Good working knowledge of accepted accounting practices and principles
. Self-motivation with positive mind set with Can Do attitude
. Work independently without much supervision.
Salary range: $ 2,500 to $ 4,000 per month depending on experience, qualification and interview outcome
