Job Description

Job Summary

Manage end-to-end HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, workforce coordination, payroll support, benefits administration, compliance, and employee engagement to support operational manpower needs and foster a positive work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead recruitment and selection processes to attract qualified candidates and ensure smooth onboarding of new staff and foreign workers.
  • Manage work pass applications and verify proper documentation to comply with regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee offboarding activities including final settlements and exit documentation to ensure accurate and timely processing.
  • Coordinate daily staff and worker deployment, reassignment, and movement to meet project manpower demands efficiently.
  • Review and renew workers CoreTrade, CSOC, and other skill certifications to maintain compliance with industry standards.
  • Assist payroll processing by tracking attendance, managing leave, overtime, and supporting offboarding payroll activities.
  • Administer medical benefits (PCP) and respond to staff and worker benefit-related queries promptly.
  • Track training programs and certifications while supporting performance appraisal exercises to enhance workforce capability.
  • Manage insurance renewals and process WICA or medical claims to ensure employee welfare.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation to support statutory reporting and audits.
  • Support work pass renewals and official HR documentation to ensure compliance with MOM regulations.
  • Administer dormitory rental agreements, season parking, and housing coordination to support employee welfare.
  • Facilitate company events and staff recognition programs to promote employee engagement and a positive workplace culture.
  • Execute additional HR-related duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor to support organizational needs.

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
  • 2-3 years of HR experience, preferably within the construction industry.
  • Knowledge of MOM regulations and work pass processes.
  • Strong coordination, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
