We are looking for a dedicated Human Resource Executive to join our preschool leadership and operations team. The ideal candidate will be a people-orientated professional who can handle day-to-day HR functions and ensure compliance with ECDA and MOM regulations while supporting a positive workplace culture.
Job Description:
- Manage full cycle recruitment, onboarding, and staff deployment
- Handle HR documentation, payroll coordination, and leave management
- Ensure compliance with ECDA licensing, staffing, and qualification requirements
- Maintain personnel records, CPD tracking, and HR audit documentation
- Support staff engagement, training, and welfare initiatives
Job requirements:
- Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minium 2 - 3 years of HR experience, preferably in preschool or education setting
- Familiar with ECDA systems (CMS, ONE@ECDA) and employment regulations
- Organised, detail-oriented, and people-focused professional
