Minimum 2-4 years of talent acquisition/recruitment experience, preferably in a recruitment agency setting, focusing on IT, banking, or corporate placements would be advantageous.
Strong experience in sourcing and placing candidates in contract roles.
Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, and other talent platforms.
Soft Skills:
Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
Strong analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to hiring.
