Job Description
. Provide comprehensive HR support across various functions, including but not limited to recruiting, employee relations, benefits administration, performance management, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures.
. Manage the entire recruitment process, from job postings and resume screening to conducting interviews and managing the hiring process.
. Handle onboarding and offboarding activities, including preparing offer letters, managing work passes, coordinating induction programs, and conducting exit interviews.
. Maintain and update HR databases and systems with accurate employee information.
. Develop and maintain job descriptions and specifications for various roles within the organization.
. Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and best practices.
. Proactively address and resolve employee concerns in a timely manner to minimize organizational risk.
. Assist in organizing company events and employee engagement activities.
. Coordinate employee training and development programs, and manage employee benefits, including health insurance, leave management, and other related matters.
. Complete required HR-related surveys for government agencies, address workplace safety issues, prepare incident reports, and file work injury claims with MOM.
. Generate reports and analyse HR metrics to support informed decision-making and identify areas for improvement.
. Assist with HR-related projects and initiatives as needed.
. Any other tasks which may be assigned from time to time.
