Job Summary
Join our team as an HR Executive, playing a key role in shaping employee experience and ensuring smooth office operations in a dynamic environment. You will be the primary contact for people and operational matters, driving recruitment, payroll, and engagement initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes to attract and integrate high-quality talent
- Manage payroll processing and employee claims to ensure accurate and timely compensation
- Provide responsive support to employees on HR-related inquiries and concerns to enhance engagement
- Maintain comprehensive HR records and ensure compliance with local employment laws and regulations
- Coordinate and support company events and initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of HR experience in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of payroll systems and local employment practices
- Demonstrated proactive approach and strong organizational skills in managing HR tasks
- Effective interpersonal skills with a focus on problem-solving and collaboration
