Responsibilities:
- Provide HR administrative support for employee life cycle events such as probation confirmation, employee transfers, contract renewals, changes in working hours or employment terms, post-retirement re-employment, salary adjustments, and staff referral incentive payouts.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, established processes, and service level agreements (SLA).
- Maintain accurate work trackers and support reporting requirements.
- Contribute to process documentation, knowledge sharing, and cross-training initiatives.
- Provide on-site support and ensure a positive service experience for stakeholders.
- Support management with ad-hoc reports, data gathering, and process improvement initiatives.
- Participate in departmental projects and perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Diploma in HR, Business or related field.
- Minimum 1 year of HR experience.
- Proficient in SAP SuccessFactors and MS Office (especially Excel).
- Interest in automation solutions experience with Microsoft Power Automate or Robotic Process Automation is an advantage.
- Meticulous, proactive team player with good interpersonal skills.
- Able to handle high-volume HR work while maintaining confidentiality and meeting tight deadlines.
