Job Description

Duration: 3-Month Contract, possibility of contract extension based on performance
Healthcare Sector | West

Responsibilities:

  • Provide HR administrative support for employee life cycle events such as probation confirmation, employee transfers, contract renewals, changes in working hours or employment terms, post-retirement re-employment, salary adjustments, and staff referral incentive payouts.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies, established processes, and service level agreements (SLA).
  • Maintain accurate work trackers and support reporting requirements.
  • Contribute to process documentation, knowledge sharing, and cross-training initiatives.
  • Provide on-site support and ensure a positive service experience for stakeholders.
  • Support management with ad-hoc reports, data gathering, and process improvement initiatives.
  • Participate in departmental projects and perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in HR, Business or related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of HR experience.
  • Proficient in SAP SuccessFactors and MS Office (especially Excel).
  • Interest in automation solutions experience with Microsoft Power Automate or Robotic Process Automation is an advantage.
  • Meticulous, proactive team player with good interpersonal skills.
  • Able to handle high-volume HR work while maintaining confidentiality and meeting tight deadlines.
