- Track and manage staff attendance / leave / Medical Leave
- Manage recruitment, interviews, and onboarding of new employees.
- Maintain employee P File and HR databases.
- Assist with payroll, leave, and benefits administration.
- Support performance appraisals, training, and development programs.
- Ensure HR policies comply with labor laws and company regulations.
- Handle employee queries and support workplace relations.
- Manage staff insurance, incidents, and work pass applications.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Requirements
- At least 2 Years HR experience, preferably in construction or related industry.
- Able to work independently
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Good communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR Software (Infotech).
