Job Description

  • Provide comprehensive HR and administrative support, including the management of employee records, processing leave requests, and overseeing the coordination of onboarding and offboarding procedures

  • Handle staff claims, reimbursements and timesheets

  • Draft and prepare HR related letters

  • Assist on work pass-related processes and foreign worker matters, including overseeing the application, renewal, and cancellation of work passes while ensuring compliance with local regulations

  • Handle medical insurance and work injury claims

  • Manage dormitory-related matters, including overseeing accommodation arrangements, and addressing any issues or concerns

  • Outlet visits and resolving employee relation issues

  • Support on welfare matters i.e. staff birthday celebration

  • Support on administrative matters, i.e. uniform and shoes issuance, stock taking, coordination of delivery

  • Any other duties assigned

Requirements

  • Education preferably in Human Resources or Business Administration

  • Self-motivated, meticulous, initiative, and possess positive attitude.

  • Willing to learn and keep abreast of HR development.

  • Possess good writing & communication skills with ability to multi-task

  • Proficiency in MS Office
