Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle hiring of local and foreign personnel job and integrating new hires.
- Experienced but not limited to JobsBank & able to access to different channels of recruitment both local and overseas, familiar in job fairs and their processes
- Handle grievances, disciplinary actions, conflict resolution and promote employee engagement.
- Ensure company's adherence to local labour / employment laws
- Manage company's diverse mix of nationalities to be compliant under MOM Compass Point System.
- MOM Compass System not only have good knowledge of compass system but have practical experienced and able to keep the balance of local/foreigners.
- Experience in the manufacturing & construction industry consider an asset
Qualifications and Skills:
- A degree/diploma in Human Resources or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive local HR experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin
- Willing to work 5.5 days week
