Key Responsibilities
Manage full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding
Handle payroll processing and ensure compliance with statutory requirements
Maintain employee records and HR systems
Administer employee benefits and leave management
Support performance management and appraisal processes
Ensure compliance with Singapore labour laws and company policies
Assist in training coordination and staff development initiatives
Handle employee relations matters and provide HR advisory support
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
2-4 years of relevant HR experience (fresh grads may be considered for junior role)
Familiar with Singapore Employment Act and HR practices
Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Detail-oriented and able to handle confidential information
Preferred Skills
Experience with payroll software (e.g., Info-Tech, Talenox)
Knowledge of MOM regulations and CPF submissions
Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
