HR Executive | Accounts Executive | Marketing Executive

Role Description

Support the daily operations and objectives of the assigned department. HR Executives coordinate recruitment, onboarding, employee records, attendance, and other human resources activities. Accounts Executives maintain financial records, process payments and invoices, perform reconciliations, and assist with financial reporting. Marketing Executives coordinate campaigns, prepare promotional content, conduct market research, and monitor marketing performance. Work with internal teams and external stakeholders to complete activities accurately and on schedule.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, Marketing, Business Administration, or a field relevant to the assigned role, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Previous experience in the relevant department or a similar support role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace, particularly spreadsheets and presentations.
• For HR Executive roles, familiarity with recruitment, employee administration, HR systems, and applicable employment requirements.
• For Accounts Executive roles, knowledge of accounting principles, reconciliations, financial reporting, and accounting software.
• For Marketing Executive roles, familiarity with campaign coordination, content development, digital marketing, and performance analysis.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage deadlines.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, collaborate across departments, and handle sensitive information appropriately.
