Job Description

HR Executive (6-month contract)

CIX is looking for an independent, proactive, and engaging HR Executive to join our team in Singapore. Reporting to the Director, HR, this role plays a vital part in supporting both core HR operations and day-to-day office coordination, ensuring a positive employee experience and smooth internal processes.

Responsibilities:

HR Operations

  • Handle full-cycle HR processes including onboarding and offboarding of employees.
  • Administer monthly payroll in coordination with Finance and external payroll vendors.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HRIS or relevant systems.
  • Support employee documentation such as contracts, letters, and verification requests.
  • Assist with performance review processes, leave tracking, and other HR programs.
  • Manage work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations in compliance with current legislation and MOM regulations.
  • Post job openings across various job boards and portals including but not limited to LinkedIn and MyCareersFuture.

HR System Administration

  • Manage and update the HR system to ensure data integrity.
  • Generate HR reports and analytics as required.
  • Act as the main point of contact for HR system troubleshooting and vendor liaison.

Workplace Operations Support

  • Ensure pantry supplies are well-stocked and replenished in a timely manner.
  • Oversee cleanliness and maintenance of the office environment, coordinating with cleaning staff or external vendors as necessary.
  • Support general office operations and events, including managing stationery, deliveries, and visitors.
  • Assist in organizing office events, meetings, and employee engagement activities.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of relevant experience in HR operations, payroll and/or office administration.
  • Familiarity with payroll processing and HR systems (e.g., Workday, SAP, or similar platforms).
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • High level of discretion and professionalism with confidential information.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in a fast-paced or startup environment.
  • Knowledge of local employment laws and payroll regulations.
