Key Responsibilities

3. Compliance & Operations Support
. Administer government claims (e.g., Maternity Leave, NS claims) and leave management.
. Respond to staff enquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
. Ensure strict compliance with MOM regulations, including surveys, WorkRight, and OED submissions.
4. General HR Administration
. Maintain and update HR reports and employee records.
. Coordinate administrative tasks related to the annual increment cycle.
. Manage purchases of uniforms, tickets, stationery, and other operational items.
Who We Are Looking For
1. At least 3 years of solid HR experience in Singapore, with proven hands-on experience in MOM/CPF/Work Pass administration.
2. Must have prior experience in high-volume recruitment (F&B industry experience is highly preferred).
3. Payroll experience is an advantage but not a must.
4. A proactive, detail-oriented, and independent worker who can hit the ground running with minimal supervision.
5. Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and experienced with HRIS systems.
6. Immediate availability is required.
