Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Prepare new hires for onboarding, including signing of employment contracts
  • Handle full spectrum of Work Pass administration (application, renewal, and cancellation)
  • Arrange pre-employment medical examinations
  • Process payroll and handle statutory submissions
  • Manage Time Management System, including verification of working hours and overtime
  • Assist with training course registrations for workers
  • Coordinate dormitory arrangements, including check-in/check-out and liaising with dorm operators
  • Maintain proper filing (both physical and digital HR documents)
  • Perform any other ad hoc administrative duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management or related field
  • Minimum 1-2 years of relevant HR experience preferred
  • Familiar with Singapore MOM regulations and payroll processing
  • Experience with Info-Tech HR system will be an advantage
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Detail-oriented with good organizational and communication skills
