Working Hours: Monday - Friday, Office Hours
Salary: Up to $6,000/month
Job Responsibilities
Human Resources:
- Manage full spectrum of HR functions: onboarding/offboarding, benefits, compensation, recruitment, and HRIS updates.
- Handle end-to-end payroll processing in compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
- Administer work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations.
- Oversee training and development administration for all employees.
- Implement and monitor HR policies to ensure compliance with local employment laws.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and reports.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives to enhance workplace culture and retention.
- Provide support and advice on HR matters to employees.
- Participate in HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
Support to Managing Director:
- Coordinate appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Assist in preparing and submitting expense claims.
- Provide administrative support to ensure smooth operations of the MD's office.
General Office Administration:
- Manage office supplies, facilities, and general office administration duties.
Requirements
- Min Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Min 5 years of HR experience, with hands-on payroll processing experience.
- Strong knowledge of local employment laws, especially around payroll and compliance.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact at all levels.
- Well-organized, able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Independent, proactive, and a team player.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
