Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment, including international hiring, interviews, contract administration, and work pass coordination.
  • Coordinate onboarding and induction programs to help new staff integrate smoothly.
  • Maintain accurate HR records, including contracts, staff files, and HR databases monitor renewal and compliance timelines.
  • Provide support on employee relations, staff welfare initiatives, and conflict resolution in line with school policies and local regulations.
  • Assist with HR compliance, policy updates, documentation for audits, and safeguarding requirements.
  • Support training & development activities and maintain professional development records.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
  • 2-4 years of relevant HR experience
  • Knowledge of compliance (e.g., MOM, IRAS, SSG) and familiarity with international hiring processes.
  • Well versed in communication skills, attention to detail, cultural sensitivity, and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, HR systems, and digital documentation tools.
