Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Manage the complete recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and selection of candidates.
  • Create and update job descriptions, post advertisements on multiple platforms, and actively seek suitable candidates.
  • Collaborate with recruitment agencies for candidate sourcing and placement as required.
  • Maintain and organize employee personal files, ensuring accuracy and currency of records.
  • Facilitate a smooth onboarding process for new hires and manage offboarding for departing employees, including documentation preparation.
  • Oversee work pass applications, ensuring compliance and timely submission.
  • Manage contract renewal matters effectively.
  • Address and resolve stakeholder inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Participate in career fairs and recruitment events to engage potential candidates.
  • Assist with other administrative tasks to support the HR department as needed.

Requirements

  • Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, preferably within the manufacturing sector.
  • Strong understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills a proven team player.
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • High level of ethics and reliability.
