Job Description

Job Summary

Manage end-to-end HR functions and provide executive administrative support to senior management, ensuring compliance, efficient office operations, and effective communication with the Head Office.

Responsibilities

Human Resources & Office Administration

  • Manage the full HR lifecycle, including recruiting, payroll processing, performance management, and resolving employee relations issues to support workforce effectiveness
  • Oversee expatriate management by preparing and submitting work pass applications (EP/S Pass) and maintaining related documentation to ensure regulatory compliance
  • Implement and administer HR policies and internal controls to maintain compliance with company standards and legal requirements
  • Prepare and submit accurate HR data reports to Management and the Head Office for informed decision-making
  • Coordinate general office operations and maintain organized filing systems to support smooth daily workflows

Executive Assistant & Secretarial Support

  • Provide dedicated administrative support to Senior Management by coordinating meetings and managing calendars to optimize time and priorities
  • Prepare high-quality reports, presentations, and management papers for internal and external stakeholders to facilitate communication and decision-making
  • Track action items from management meetings to ensure timely follow-up and completion of tasks
  • Serve as a liaison between internal departments and the Head Office to coordinate key projects and maintain effective communication

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 4 years of relevant HR experience experience in Banking or Financial Services is highly preferred
  • Prior experience supporting senior management in a secretarial or Executive Assistant role is advantageous
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications to produce reports and presentations efficiently
  • Exceptional organizational skills and ability to handle confidential data with high integrity
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Other Information

  • Language proficiency in English and Chinese (Mandarin) is preferred.
