Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the organization's objectives and business needs.

  • Oversee talent acquisition processes to attract and retain top talent.

  • Lead initiatives to improve employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.

  • Manage compensation, benefits, and performance appraisal systems.

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • 8+ years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.

  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.

  • Proven ability to lead and develop teams.

  • Excellent communication, decision-making, and organizational skills.

  • Strategic mindset with the ability to execute at a tactical level.
