Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of HR / HR Director to lead the Human Resources function for Medical related company.

This role will serve as a key HR business partner to regional and global leaders, driving people strategies that support our growth and transformation across international markets.

.Majority of role would be related Hiring for overeseas roles at first, followed by other strategic, operation areas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic HR Leadership: Develop and execute the HR strategy to support the overseas business growth, aligning with company vision and values.
  • Talent Management: Lead talent acquisition, development, and retention initiatives to build a strong international leadership pipeline.
  • Organization Development: Design and implement organization structures, competency frameworks, and succession plans for global operations.
  • Performance & Rewards: Oversee performance management, compensation, and benefits programs to ensure market competitiveness and internal equity.
  • Employee Relations & Engagement: Foster a high-performance culture through proactive communication, engagement, and employee well-being programs.
  • Compliance & Governance: Ensure HR operations and policies are compliant with local labor laws and aligned with global standards.
  • Collaboration with HQ: Partner closely with HR Centers of Excellence (COE) and HQ teams to roll out global initiatives effectively across regions.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of HR experience, including at least 5 years in Medical industry.
  • Experience to handle and lead of APAC/EMEA roles.
  • Proven track record in developing HR strategies and executing people transformation projects across multiple countries.
  • Strong knowledge of employment regulations across APAC and/or EMEA regions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (Mandarin proficiency is an advantage to liaise with the stakeholders).
  • Strategic thinker with hands-on capability and strong cultural adaptability.
