HR Director

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop global HR strategies aligned with business goals
• Oversee all HR functions including talent acquisition, performance management, compensation & benefits, and employee engagement
• Partner with senior leadership to support organizational growth and change management
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and international HR best practices
• Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives across regions
• Support leadership development and succession planning globally

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, ideally in the IT or tech industry
• Proven experience working in a global or multi-national environment
• Strong understanding of international labor laws and HR practices
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Fluent in English additional languages are a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
