Job Summary:
The Human Resources Director is a strategic business leader responsible for developing and executing the organization's people strategy in alignment with corporate objectives. The role oversees all aspects of human capital management, including talent acquisition, leadership development, compensation and benefits, performance management, employee engagement, succession planning, learning and development, industrial and employee relations, organizational design, workforce planning, HR operations, and compliance.
The HR Director partners closely with senior leadership to build a high-performance culture, attract and retain top talent, strengthen organizational capability, and ensure the company remains an employer of choice.
