About the Role

This internship offers hands-on exposure to both recruitment operations and employer branding. You will support the Talent Acquisition team in attracting, engaging and hiring early-career talent, while also helping to strengthen our Group's brand both online and offline.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition Support

  • Assist with sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and campus channels
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate outreach
  • Coordinate interviews and manage scheduling with candidates and hiring managers
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment trackers
  • Support campus recruitment and internship hiring initiatives
  • Assist with recruitment events, career fairs, and employer talks

Social Media & Employer Branding

  • Support content creation for LinkedIn and other social platforms (posts, captions, visuals)
  • Help showcase employee stories, internship experiences, and hiring campaigns
  • Track basic engagement metrics and content performance
  • Assist in maintaining a consistent and professional employer brand tone

  • Hands-on experience in solving real world business challenges

  • Developing your communication, problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Hands-on experience and guided mentorship under professional leaders

What we look for:

  • Minimum A Level/Diploma graduate
  • Basic editing skills in software applications for marketing collaterals (Canva, Capcut, Powerpoint)
  • Basic content platform knowledge for social media management
  • Comfortable engaging people and building rapport
  • Self-initiated individuals who are eager to learn
  • Proactive and confident communicator
  • Good team player who is able to collaborate well to achieve a shared success
