About the Role
This internship offers hands-on exposure to both recruitment operations and employer branding. You will support the Talent Acquisition team in attracting, engaging and hiring early-career talent while helping to strengthen our Group's brand both online and offline.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition Support
- Assist with sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and campus channels
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate outreach
- Coordinate interviews and manage scheduling with candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment trackers
- Support campus recruitment and internship hiring initiatives
- Assist with recruitment events, career fairs, and employer talks
Social Media & Employer Branding
- Support content creation for LinkedIn and other social platforms (posts, captions, visuals)
- Help showcase employee stories, internship experiences, and hiring campaigns
- Track basic engagement metrics and content performance
- Assist in maintaining a consistent and professional employer brand tone

Who We Look For:
- Minimum A Level and above
- Basic editing skills in software applications for marketing collaterals(Canva, Capcut, Powerpoint)
- Basic content platform knowledge for social media management
- Comfortable engaging people and building rapport
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks
- Self-initiated individual who is eager to learn
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Good team player who is able to collaborate well to achieve a shared success in a team
- No prior experience is required as training will be provided
- Able to start work immediately.
