Responsible for full spectrum of HR functions including payroll processing
Manage work passes for foreign employee including application, renewal and cancellation.
Assisting in reviewing and implementation of performance appraisal exercise, HR policies and projects
Administering and maintaining accurate employee records, leave records, insurance and medical claims
Sourcing of relevant courses, registration of courses, liaising with training providers and training administration
Ensure timely submission for statutory matters like CPF, IR8A, IR21, NS, MOM and related market surveys, Childcare leaves, Maternity leaves, Paternity leaves and NS claims
To prepare monthly payroll reports and ad-hoc reports
Assisting with preparation of project monthly report submission
Attend meetings with Project Managers for monthly progress updates and action trackers
Handling purchases order
Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior
Job Requirements:
Minimum 2 year of relevant experience with Human Resource and Payroll background.
Good communication and good interpersonal skills
Able to meet deadline, meticulous, independent and accurate
Able to start work immediately or with short notice
