Job Description

1.Overseas Test Application, Test Result Collection

2.Work Permit / Spass / Employment Pass Application

3.Work Permit / Spass / Employment Pass cancellation (Passport, Cancellation letter, special pass)

4.Issue Security Bond

5.Pick up Arrangement

6.Worker departure arrangement

7.Address registration, Change or Add new address.

8.PPF Record / Order (Materials Voucher)

9.Levy waiver

10.Work permit card and Passport control and filing

11.Job posting,sourcing,interviewing,contract signing and onboarding for new employee

12.Holiday leave application

13.Course booking (CSOC, BCSS, FORKLIFT, EXCAVATOR etc.)

14. Apply PCP for foreign workers

15.Payroll calculation for all workers

16.Salary summary arrangement (Three working days before departure date)

17.Report to MOM for work injury case (Company letter with letter head, Original WP card, Passport) process WP

18.Cancellation and issue special pass, monitor the special pass duration

19.Letter distribution / Date Stamp

20.WP renewal, security bond extension (Prepare Forms)

21.Spass/ EPass renewal

22.Contract filing

23.Daily Record and other things

1. Must have a bachelor's degree or above

2. Minimum 5 years of Human Resource work experience

3. Must have work experience in Payroll

4. Able to speak and write both Engalish and Mandarin

5. Able to work overtime and work under high pressure.

6. Good organizational, planning and communication skills.

7. Highly proactive attitude and strong problem-solving skills.

8. Proficient in Microsoft softwar (Excel, Word & PPT)

9.Preference will be given to candidates who are proficient in both English and Chinese.

10.Prefer Singaporean or PR
