Responsibilities:
. Manage recruitment, onboarding, and resignation processes for site and office staff.
. Handle payroll, attendance, and leave records.
. Ensure compliance with labor laws, work passes, and company HR policies.
. Maintain employee files and HR documentation.
. Support administrative tasks such as filing, correspondence, office supplies, and scheduling.
. Assist in training coordination, safety briefings, and staff welfare activities.
. Liaise with project managers and site supervisors on manpower planning.
Requirements:
. Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
. At least 1-2 years of HR/admin experience (construction industry preferred).
. Knowledge of MOM regulations, work pass applications, and employment laws.
. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
. Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
