Handle full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee exit management, performance management, and HR policy implementation.
Manage end-to-end work pass matters, including application, renewal, cancellation, appeals, and monitoring of expiry dates.
Prepare HR documents such as employment contracts, confirmation letters, resignation letters, promotion and transfer letters.
Process monthly payroll and ensure accuracy of employee data such as attendance, leave records, and allowances.
Ensure compliance with MOM Employment Act and company HR policies.
Ensure timely submission of CPF contributions and tax filings (IR8A and IR21) for all employees.
Manage government-related claims such as Levy Waiver, NS claims, Maternity/Paternity Leave, Childcare Leave, and other government grants.
Handle employee expense claims and assist with insurance-related claims.
Manage office administrative duties and daily office operations.
Perform general administrative tasks such as stationery and pantry requisition, vendor coordination, and maintenance of office equipment and facilities.
Maintain proper HR documentation and employee records.
Provide administrative support to management and other departments when required.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
2-3 years of relevant HR and administrative experience preferred.
Good knowledge of Singapore MOM Employment Act and HR practices.
Experience handling payroll, CPF submissions, and work pass applications is an advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
