Job Description

  • Maintaining of HR records and up-to-date employees records
  • Work Pass Applications/ renewal and cancellation
  • Processing Monthly Payroll
  • Manage Primary Care Plan (PCP) for foreign employees medical outpatient matters.
  • Manage MW Dormitory (Check-in/out of workers, any other dormitory-related issues)
  • Work passes and quota administration
  • Application and renewal of insurances / banker's guarantee - Hospital and Surgical (H&S), Company Group insurances and project insurances
  • MW on-boarding / off boarding duties
  • Tax: IR8A/IR21clearance
  • WICA claim
  • Perform general administrative duties such as scanning, photo-copying and filling
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Management

Requirements

  • Min. 3 years of relevant working experience (Construction, Main Contractor)
  • Bilingual preferred due to working environment
  • Good knowledge MOM regulations
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office ( Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Experience in Payroll Software (Info-Tech)
  • Able to start work immediately or within short notice
