Job Description & Requirements
- Ensure accuracy and maintenance of HR database and up-to-date employees records
- Assist in processing of payroll
- Familiar with Work Pass administrative applications/ renewal and cancellation for EPOL & WPOL
- Assist in recruitment activities such as drafting and placing job advertisements, screening job applications and liaise with recruitment agents
- Drafting of letter of employment, outlining the conditions of the appointment or transfer for the approval of the Director
- Briefing to employees on the conditions of appointment / contract / transfer
- Administration of training courses
- Submission of government claims (Eg. Skills Development Fund (SDF), Workforce Training Grant (WTU), Child Care leave, Extended Child Care Leave, Maternity, Waiver of Foreign Worker's Levy and etc)
- Application and renewal of insurances / banker's guarantee - Hospital and Surgical (H&S), Company Group insurances and project insurances
- HR daily operations such as leave administration, medical reimbursement, staff welfare, childcare leave, insurances claim, motor vehicle claim or work injury compensation claim
- Perform general administrative duties such as scanning, photo-copying and filling
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Director
Requirements
- Min. GCE O Level/ ITE certification/ Diploma qualifications
- Min. 3 years of relevant working experience
- Experience in payroll software will be advantageous
- Able to start work immediately or within short notice
