Key Responsibilities:
. Developing HR workflows that are efficient and cost-effective
. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including onboarding and offboarding activities
. Administer employee medical insurance claims, WICA cases, and common law claims
. Clearly communicate job expectations to new hires and conduct semi-annual work reviews
. Maintain and update employee records (e.g., employment contracts, personal files)
. Oversee foreign worker pass applications, renewals, and cancellations
. Monitor and manage employee contract renewals and compliance with HR policies
. Stay updated on HR trends, policies, procedures, and government grants
. Draft HR-related documents, including employment contracts, confirmation letters, and bonus/increment letters
. Perform ad-hoc assignments as directed by supervisors or management
