Responsibilities:
. Recruitment.
. Handle employee Compensation & Benefit.
. Assist in Work Permit application and related matters.
. Attend to worker enquiry.
. Assist in purchasing, insurance, invoice verification, letter preparation
. Government license application and renewal
. General administrative duties to support our daily operation in construction activities.
. Ad-hoc duties assigned by Manager
Requirements:
. Diploma and above
. With similar working experience in Construction sector will be advantage. Those without working experience may consider.
. Responsible, meticulous, multi-tasker, self-initiative, resourceful, good team player
. Good in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
. Working location: Jurong West
. Fast paced working environment
