Job Description

Job Overview

We are looking for a suitable candidate to perform a variety of HR&Admin duties.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Perform and support day-to-day HR and Admin task.
  • Maintain admin filling and documentation as appropriate.
  • Handle a full spectrum of payment of the basic pay and overtime calculation to processing of worker's salary.
  • Administer work pass applications, cancellation and renewal.
  • Administer training-related matters.
  • Administer workers insurance renewal
  • Handle purchasing order, delivery order, invoicing and follow up on outstanding payments.
  • Maintain accurate HR database and up-to-date employee personnel files.
  • Provide HR support and administration which from time to time.
  • Any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • ITE/GCE N/O Level/Diploma
  • Minimum one year experience as an HR & Admin Officer, HR Administrative Assistant or in similar roles in Singapore.
  • Good knowledge of Singapore Employment Act and HR pratices.
  • Able to work under tight timeline and respond to changing priorities.

Others Information:

  • Working Hours:
    - Monday to Friday: 9:00am to 6:00pm
    - Saturday: 9:00am to 1:00pm
